Cindy at the Hallettsville driver license location was professional, but very friendly and helpful to all of us waiting for our appointments. I admired her ability to handle everyone’s requests, while working alone. She was also kind to those who didn’t have appointments, by working them in between others. It was my second time for Cindy to help me, as I had an incorrect birth certificate the first time. She actually showed me how to go online to get the correct one. 5 STARS for Cindy.
