My daughter and I were at the Lubbock DPS office to get her driver license and do her road test. We had the pleasure of being helped by Lekeatha. She picked up that my daughter was very, very nervous. While still performing her job quickly and efficiently, she made the time to give my daughter some words of encouragement and explained the process. My daughter has some anxiety so by having some information on what happens next helped to settle her down. I really appreciate Lekeatha taking an extra minute to help my daughter feel more confident.
