I would like to send my sincere thanks for the wonderful experience I had at the Midland Mega Center. I was assisted by Laura and Sheryl, but I have to say the entire staff was incredible helpful from start to finish. We were there to apply for my daughter’s permit. While waiting for our number to be called, I inquired about the possibility of renewing my license. They got me right in and taken care of. My daughter’s number was called when I was working on my renewal. Laura immediately called Sheryl and explained that she would send me over to join my daughter as soon as I was finished. They worked together and were able to process both of us at the same time! I was blown away with the level of customer service from both Laura and Sheryl. They are exemplary employees and are going above and beyond. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks for making this DPS experience easily my best yet!!!!
