Excellent experience from start to finish when I renewed my DL. Kathryn was efficient and kind especially since it took me three trips to get the correct documents for REAL ID. She encouraged me and didn’t make me feel foolish. Especially appreciate all the Covid precautions everyone took. I’m a recently retired Infection Control RN and they did an outstanding job. And believe me, I was looking. Great job DPS!!
