I just wanted to share what a joy it was to visit your Hillsboro office and work with Janet. I've never met the lady in my life, but after it was over it felt like family. She was overrun and by herself and made it a point to greet everybody and check them in, all while taking care of the person who was next. She was in total control and had us rolling and laughing and that never happens when dealing with government offices. We talked about her the whole way home which was over an hour since we couldn't get an appointment anywhere else. Even though I live in Waxahachie, I would drive an hour for the service and kindness we got there. It is very much appreciated.
