The two ladies running the Port Lavaca DPS driver license office are incredible. Very professional, courteous and most of all patient. I visited the office to take my CPL exams. As I was waiting for my paperwork to be completed, another customer approached and became irate after he found out he did not have the required documents to receive an identification card. These ladies handled the situation properly, remaining calm and explaining the Texas requirements politely, slowly and concisely all the while being derided and cursed by the individual. This going on in full view of a full lobby on a busy Monday afternoon. They represent the best of Texas fantastically and deserve recognition for their professional demeanor.
