I wanted to let you know that my daughter, 18 yrs old, had her appointment at your Seguin, TX office. She is moving from NC and needed to get her TX driver license. I have never in my life experienced so much patience at a driver license office. Being young, my daughter came outside to my car several times, as she did not have exactly what she needed. Amanda Serna, was kind, patient, friendly and very courteous to me and my daughter. She went above what I would have ever expected. A true welcome to Texas.
