I like to commend Vincent Nguyen, Houston Auto Shop Supervisor, Fleet Operations for his exceptional customer service on Thursday 04/22/2021 after he set me up for an appointment on Tuesday 04/27/2021 to get all four tires replaced. Vincent contacted me by cell phone to advise that he can take care of the replacement of the four tires right away. I drove directly to the DPS Auto Shops and Vincent replaced all four tires within two hours. Due to Vincent’s prompt service, I was able to get back on the road and prepare for upcoming border assignment with a new set of tires. I am grateful for his immediate assistance.
