Lois Thomas was extremely helpful when I came in with a complicated problem. She was able to assist me fully while also helping out all of the other customers. She was happy, calm, and supportive throughout the whole process. She made me feel welcomed. I was incredibly impressed that she did not just treat me this way, she treated everyone who walked in the same. Even when people did not have the right documents or did not understand the process, she never just sent someone out. She worked with them efficiently to give them clear steps. I traveled 45 minutes to this location and would drive much longer to have the same support as Lois Thomas provided me.
