I just wanted to send kudos to Mr. Eddie at the McKinney driver license office. We had an appointment for a road test for my teen. However the visit was cut short as there was a problem within the system (my teen’s license information could not be accessed) and we were turned away. Mr. Eddie assured us that once the issue was resolved he would reach out and have us come back in. Well, he did just that. As hard as it is to secure an appointment with covid restrictions Mr. Eddie called us and ask for us to return in office. We came bright and early and was his first appointment. He assured me once more that my teen would get his road test done. We were in and out within the 8 am hour. I would like to thank everyone at this office as they worked together to make sure each and every one was taken care of. Great job and keep up the great work!!!
