I would like to express my gratitude for wonderful service by one of your employees named Richie Burton. He provided the most pleasant experience for me. I was having a really tough day as I am a student. It was exam week and I was a little frazzled, but Richie was so calm and patient. He explained everything to me perfectly and made sure I had all of my documents. Honestly when I left I was in a much better mood and it really made my day. It's really nice to see kind people that care about their jobs. Also the Georgetown location is simply the best. It's efficient, relatively fast, and CDC safe. I felt really comfortable being there and this location is my choice for DPS despite the distance.
