I went to the Plano office to renew my license. I was very pleased with the appointment system. I got through the process with a minimum of waiting and I hope you'll keep the appointment system after the pandemic is over. I was helped by Brian Rodgers. Mr. Rodgers was friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable and he made it a pleasant experience.
