Trooper Mitchell stopped me today to remind me that I needed to replace my front license plate, and to inform me that my rear plate was slightly obscured. He was very friendly, courteous, and treated me and my son with respect. As a father, that meant a lot to me. I’m trying to raise my son to respect the law and all civil servants, especially law enforcement, and I reminded him to thank Trooper Mitchell for his service. I really appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy that Trooper Mitchell showed us today, and I want him to know that by setting this kind of good example, especially in front of impressionable young children, he’s making the world a better place.
