I am a new Texas resident and recently went into the Houston Gessner Mega Center to apply for my new state license. I worked with Tiesha Averiett Jackson. She was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She was kind, informative, thorough, and extremely welcoming. It was by far the best experience I've ever had and wish more people could experience the level of customer service she provided. You are very lucky to have her in your ranks.
