I just wanted to write a small note of thanks for your representative Richie Burton for providing me with excellent customer service. Burton was exceptionally kind, understanding, and helpful during the time it took me to get my documents in order and apply for my driving permit. His demeanor was very professional and his devotion to customer service went far beyond what I had expected.
