I had the pleasure of having your employee Brittney Daniel help me with court disposition information that needed to be sent back to the FBI for them to update there records on two of my cases as well as the DPS updating there records and were it not for Brittney’s knowledge of knowing exactly what need it to be done after I sent her all my certified disposition copies from the court along with the criminal background check from the FBI I would still be showing wrong information on my file.
