On the evening of February 3rd, I was near the State Capitol building, leaving the Waterloo Park construction site and had a flat tire. Many officers stopped to ask if I needed help, and I told them thanks, but I could handle it myself. Well lo and behold Officers Owens and Crow show up several minutes later with a proper jack, and set up their cruisers to give me some extra light and a helping hand. I just wanted to drop a compliment for those on duty who did offer to help, but in particular to both of these guys and say thanks for circling back to help, I really appreciated it.
