Pat Murrell assisted me at the Terrell Driver License Office. I recently moved to Texas from out of town and my license was due to expire within two weeks of arriving. I saw on the Texas Driver License website that some walk-in appointments were available on a first come, first serve basis. I arrived and she was outside helping another customer. She asked what I needed and informed me there were never any walk-in appointments. Instead of leaving it at that, she took my contact information and told me the documents I would need to change to a Texas license. I received a message later that evening with an appointment date. Thanks to Pat, I was able to gather all my needed documents before my appointment and get a license before my out of state one expired. During these strained times, many representatives are frustrated and it shows, but not Ms. Pat! She was kind, professional, and thorough. She knew her job! Instead of leaving frustrated, I left with a smile on my face because she took care of me. Again, I am late sending this message because she helped me a few months ago, but her considerate actions have not been forgotten. Thank you Ms. Pat!
