I want to give out some kudos to the Jacksonville DL Office. I needed to get my license renewed and showed up at the Jacksonville office. I did not know I was to make an appointment. I had all of the required paperwork so the man at the front desk allowed me to get served since it was not busy at that time. The lady at the counter that served me was named Bonnie. She was very kind and walked me through each step. I was in and out of the Jacksonville Office in 20 minutes. I am telling everyone I know to make sure to make an appointment when they need their DL renewed. I was very thankful for these employees at this office for their kindness and professionalism.
