Just wanted to say that Officer J. Riggins was a nice officer. I really appreciate him making everything smooth and comfortable. I had my daughter in the car with me and she told me when I got pulled over she was scared. She stated because of all what has been happening that something bad was going to happen to us being African American and getting pulled over by a cop of another race. So today showed her a lot that and it just meant a lot to me and her.
