I want to commend this office and in particular the listed employees, Toni Dominque, Lisa Williams, and Charita Clay, for their outstanding customer service, patience and thoughtfulness. My dad who is 88 years old was set on getting a driver license even though he has mild dementia, could barely walk and his mobility was severely limited. They treated him with dignity and let him down softly. Many people have jokes and rude things to say about the DPS office but I have nothing but praise for this office. From the person who greets us outdoors to take temps all the way thru every person and stages of the process. Thank you Spring Mega Center. It's hard getting excellent customer service these days and these ladies were great.
