I went in to the DPS office off of S. Gessner and I was lucky enough to be able to work with Ms. Vantrice Crayton. She was so helpful, professional and knew exactly how to handle my situation which of course was very comforting for me. The moment she saw me waiting, she acknowledged me and let me know she would be with me shortly. Even while helping the individual in front of me, I could clearly see how patient and professional Ms. Vantrice was. I had hoped my trip to the DPS would run smoothly, as you never know, but she truly made it a breeze and stress free! Her customer service skills are wonderful and I just could not pass up the opportunity to let you all know how great she was to interact with even though it was just a short amount of time. I hope she continues to stay as positive and happy as she seemed to be during my visit and that everyone else that comes in contact with her appreciates how much of a delight she is!
