I had the pleasure of working with Tim at the DPS office in Lewisville to get my driver license renewed upon moving back from Florida to Texas. His level of customer service was amazing. He represents the DPS and the state of Texas in the best way possible. He was polite, professional, efficient, and effective. I could not have asked for a better experience.
