I went to get my driver license renewed and the staff at the Carrollton Mega Center was great. The process was seamless until we hit a snag. My license was flagged, but Theo was super helpful in contacting his supervisor so they could work to get my license unflagged through Austin. I was only in town for a couple of days to get my license renewed because I am active duty military stationed in Germany so this was very important. The staff were helpful, nice and worked hard to get me unflagged so that I could complete the process. Thank you Theo! You did an awesome job!
