I have always had very negative experiences in motor vehicle and driver license facilities, until I had the pleasure of being assisted by Ms. Duncan. While she was very professional and efficient, she was also very friendly and had a great personality. I never thought I would say that going to a driver license facility was enjoyable, but it was because of Ms. Duncan. Please do something nice for her.
