First of all I want to tell you that your whole center deserves 10 'attaboys' (or 'attagirls' as the case maybe). The entire center has some of the most polite people I have come across for some time. My wife and I recently moved to Odessa and we sought to change our car plates and our licenses. From the first person we met to our final assignment to Marife Nielsen everyone was sincerely happy to help us and answer any questions we had. The reason I mention Marife is because she not only answered all our questions, but treated us with dignity and respect (a long-lost item in this day and age.) Kudos to whomever does the training for your center. Marife greeted us with a "Welcome to Texas" when she discovered why we were there. She not only listened to our questions, but she tolerated my stupid jokes as we conversed in the booth. You supervise a great team and Marife should receive the BIG attagirl she deserves.
