I had simply the best experience at the 13730 Research Blvd location from start to finish. First, I should apologize to the staff there for showing up late for my scheduled online appointment. We are a 1-car family due to the pandemic and well, I should have planned better. The greeter seemed to understand and let me right in (it wasn’t busy) and gave me helpful instructions. I signed in and was immediately called to station 10 where Mariela Pedraza couldn’t have been more helpful. I legitimately enjoyed filling out paperwork while chatting with her. The entire process from thumb prints to photo to eyesight test was efficient. I imagine my entire time spent there was only 10-15 minutes and most of that was me filling out paperwork. I am now an organ donor and I felt compelled to donate to each of the charities on the form (which brightened my day to help). Please recognize Mariela as well as the rest of the staff as all the other customers seemed to be having a similar experience as me!!
