We had to come to the DPS office two days in a row because we didn't have proper documents. Both days we encountered Haven and she was cheerful and pleasant! We ran into some other issues getting my husband's license transferred from LA to TX. Haven checked on us several times and once we got everything resolved she finished the process to get the TX license. She's an outstanding employee!!!
