I needed to renew my driver license and honestly dreaded the painful delays normally associated with a trip to DPS, delays anticipated to be exacerbated by the COVID complications. Thankfully, my nightmares were never realized - Gessner Center personnel had designed an efficient process to accommodate special COVID social distancing considerations, thus preparing the office to deal with potentially large crowds and allowing us to avoid any unnecessary lengthy delays. Ebony H. also provided invaluable service, quickly processing the paperwork required for my license renewal, and thoroughly addressing any questions that I posed. I was truly astonished when, after only a few minutes working with her, she remarked that we were finished and that I should expect to receive my new license shortly in the mail. I am sure that your office normally only hears from your customers with complaints, I want to ensure that the group also receives the deserved compliments when appropriate.
