Denise Ruiz was so helpful for me today at the Pierce DL Office in El Campo, Texas. I unfortunately came in with the incorrect documentation to complete my name change. She kindly instructed me on exactly what I needed and allowed me to return the same day and not have to make another appointment. Upon my return with the correct document, she immediately assisted me and got me in and out in under 10 minutes. She made my experience so great, smooth and easy!
