I had a great experience at the Plano Driver License Office! The entire process was smooth and there was a very short wait time. All of the employees were very kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the employee manning the front door who requested that another patron to pull her mask over her nose. Colin Creighton greeted me with a jovial manner and made me feel welcome. He was happy to walk me through the entire process of renewing my license and made sure that all of my information was correct. I really appreciated his service!
