I had a wonderful experience having received service from Adelene. She was friendly, patient, and extremely helpful. She was gracious enough to acknowledge bad signal in the building and allowed me to step outside to submit documents via email. When one document failed she went beyond the call of duty to look up my voter registration. Happy to say my son left with his permit and my faith in DPS employees being capable of empathy, patience, and excellent customer service was revived all because of Adelene.
