I pulled over outside of Junction and found that my tire had a serious leak. I also discovered that I couldn’t unlock my spare tire. Seemed like a night of really bad luck, but I was luckier than I thought because I crossed paths with Officer Dutchover, who assessed my situation and offered to help. Within 20 minutes he helped me remove the spare and get the tire changed and I was back on the road. Most importantly we were able to get all of this done safely. Officer Dutchover was professional, courteous and generous. He had a big positive impact on me last night and was an excellent representative of the great State of Texas. We are lucky to have him.
