I moved to Houston and thanks to Covid, getting a license has been a challenge. Rachel Bowling was a light in the storm. She patiently walked me through the documents I needed when I did not have them all. She made an appointment for me three days later and low and behold; she helped me again! She was so patient and kind. She helped me tremendously. She needs to be recognized for her excellent work!
