Meeting Mr. Wallace was the highlight of my day. My husband and I went the DPS office without an appointment, but that’s another story and DPS made an exception and worked us in. Keith was kind and very patient with me while I completed the necessary paperwork. Besides having a great and humorous personality, he made the visit most pleasant. I know he has long and busy days, but he treated me like I was his only appointment. Thank you.
