Kathy was so professional, helpful, and friendly from the moment I got called to her station. She was cleaning the desk, the chair, the pen, and the screen when I came up which I appreciated and know that it was not really in her job description. She answered all of my questions about COVID and getting a license. She also was very helpful telling me info for my elderly mother with regards to renewing her license.
