I brought my son in to get his permit and Jessica Williams at the Lewisville office was amazing! I thought I had all the correct documentation I needed (and there is a LOT), but some things did not have my name on them, just my husbands. She was extremely patient and kind. She helped me obtain all the correct documentation that was required and we were on our way with permit in hand. Yay!! After waiting five months for the appointment due to COVID, this was a huge win!! If I could give her 10 stars I would. Really, everyone on staff at the Lewisville office was very kind and helpful.
