I wish to thank two of your employees at the driver license office. We arrived for my father's appointment to renew his driver license. At 85 years, my father does not have good walking balance but he is a good driver. First, the employee at the front door took my father to where to sit while I got the application. We waited about 10 minutes before we were called back to see Desk 8, where Donice Harris handled my father's application. She was courteous and kind. I like the "by appointment" and will use that in the future, (even when this Covid pandemic is over), which is funny because I was irritated at having to do it by appointment in the first place .
