Mr. Anjwani called me to assist with my LTC application. The application was stuck somewhere in process and I had struggled quite a bit to get updates or to even figure out what the issue was. Within one phone call he was able to identify the issue and then within just a few emails he resolved my issue and was able to accept my application. He was kind, courteous, patient and a joy to speak with. He made a big difference in my entire week because I had been so frustrated and didn't know what else to do.
