I wanted to pass along a very positive experience that I had this afternoon with one of your employees, Ms. Dannette Caballero. I talked with her over the phone asking for confirmation that I had submitted the correct documents to obtain my LTC. This was extremely important to me as today was my deadline for submission and she went to great lengths to confirm what I had done was correct. Ms. Caballero was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous to deal with over the phone and knowing exactly how to extract the information for me. Many governmental entities get bad publicity for poor service and I want to tell you that this tax paying Texan is proud to see this department of our state government taking care of the citizens of Texas!!! I do not know Ms. Caballero so please consider this a legitimate positive survey of my personal experience. Not knowing who receives these emails I specifically request that this email be forwarded to the RSD Department Supervisor. If anyone would like to contact me that information is stated below.
