I renewed my driver license this past week at the Carrollton Mega Center. I want to express my gratitude to DPS for making the experience far more customer friendly than I have ever experienced in the past. The process was well organized and the employees were all friendly, courteous and efficient. I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. The particular individual that handled my application was Christy Kester. I had envisioned that the process would be bureaucratic and impersonal. Instead, she made me feel like a VIP customer. I had dreaded having to go in person to get my license. Instead, it turned out to be a very positive experience.
