I had the privilege of being pulled over by Trooper Turner for speeding but not intentionally. Let me say that for 30 some odd years I owned and operated a 24 hr. emergency towing and recovery service working with Iowa Law Enforcement. I have many friends in Law Enforcement and I must say Trooper C. Turner actually and truly made it a pleasure to be stopped. I appreciate everything y'all do and pray for your safety, y’all do not receive the credit you deserve. Special prayers and God willed blessings for Trooper C. Turner as he is a fine example of what every one in law enforcement should strive to model.
