Yesterday I visited the Spring Mega Center on Cypresswood to renew my license. This was a process I have been dreading because I’ve heard so many stories of long wait times and very crowded waiting rooms. Well...I got lucky, the room was not crowded and my wait time was short! In addition, I had a great employee, Maritza Martinez, handle my renewal. She was helpful, efficient and very pleasant! Made the whole process very easy. She should be commended for doing a great job!
