Please pass along my appreciation to Automotive Services Supervisor, Manuel Chavez, and his team for their courteous service and immediate attention to the mechanical issues with my vehicle. Upon my unscheduled arrival, Mr. Chavez immediately stopped what he was doing and turned his attention to my vehicle.
