I wanted to commend Mr. John Cummings for extraordinary service. As a returning Texas resident, I have to say that I so much appreciate southern hospitality (moving from NJ), but he was the most friendly, helpful and kind service provider I have encountered in my transition back to Texas. He is efficient, thoughtful and well informed about so many policies and procedures. Virtually all of my prior experiences getting a license in New Jersey, Illinois and Wisconsin have been unpleasant and I was dreading this final administrative matter to complete my residency. To my total delight, it was so pleasant that I was motivated to write and thank you for having such a wonderful employee. My tax dollars are well spent.
