I was pulled over outside of Carthage, TX for a DOT inspection in my company class B vehicle. Trooper Neal was very professional and courteous during the inspection. During the inspection he noticed an issue with a number on my BOL. Although he could have just given me a violation for it, he took the time to explain the issue and even pulled out his book and showed me where it stated his issue. I was unaware of the problem and greatly appreciate that he used it as an opportunity to teach me rather than just write a violation. I appreciate good law enforcement officers and always take the time to compliment one when I have the opportunity. Texas and it's citizens benefit greatly from troopers like Trooper Neal.
