I just wanted to single out two DPS State officers, Trooper Ricky Barber and Trooper Joe Abreu, who rescued my daughter and me. We had a severe flat tire while traveling on I-35 south near mile marker 393. I pulled over. Trooper Barber quickly approached and helped us. Trooper Abreu joined him. I am grateful for their thoughtfulness, their timely response and their ability to rescue us in the pouring rain! Thank you and God Bless the Texas DPS!
