Having just moved to Texas, on January 2nd, I went to the Humble DPS office to obtain my Texas drivers license. I was assisted by Sydne, and she is the reason I am writing today. While Sydne was assisting me, she was having significant difficulty with her computer and fingerprint reader. I lost track of how many times she had to attempt to rescan my fingerprints. She rebooted her system and attempted several things before finally having success. In the midst of this, Sydne remained calm and pleasant. She was both warm and professional, and she did a great job of concealing the frustration that was surely there. I commend Sydne for being such a positive representative in a demanding situation.
