I renewed my DL at the Texas DPS in Waco this morning, and was impressed with the efficiency, helpfulness, and attitude of the employees. Probably the best experience I have had in my long life of visits to DMVs and DPSes. The employee who processed my application was Raven, and she was quick, cheerful, and friendly.
