I’m writing on behalf of my grandmother who renewed her Driver License yesterday at the Denton Driver License Office. She is 85 years old and was graciously helped by one of your employees yesterday. Paula Chavez was a godsend, making sure my grandmother was comfortable and moved promptly through the renewal process.
